Your deposit is part of the price
After phone screening, pay a $50 deposit to reserve your appointment. It goes toward the $149 session price, leaving a $99 treatment balance before applicable taxes or fees. It is not an additional booking fee. No payment is taken through this callback form.
Planning additional sessions
Most areas need a series of treatments. The $149 offer covers your first session, not a complete series. We will discuss your recommended plan and the cost of additional sessions during your call.
New clients only. One promotional session per person, for one treatment area. The $100 gift card is non-transferable and applies to a future cryo session, not the promotional visit. Give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments forfeit the deposit.
Bellevue sales are subject to applicable WA and local sales tax. In-person card transactions carry a 2.5% processing surcharge. We confirm your total before taking a deposit.
