1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of eastsidemicroblading.com and the services provided by Eastside Microblading & Beauty, operated by Eastside Microblading Studio LLC. By using this website or booking a service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or book with us.

2. Services offered

Eastside Microblading & Beauty provides cosmetic tattooing (including nano brows, soft shading and powder brows, microblading, lip blushing, and eyeliner), cryo body sculpting using FDA-Cleared cryolipolysis technology, and related studio services at our Bellevue, WA and Scottsdale, AZ locations. Artist training and certification is provided separately through Beauty Angels Academy USA. Information on this website is provided for general education about our services. It is not medical advice, and results vary from person to person.

3. Booking, deposits, and cancellations

We do not take walk-ins, and every booking follows the same path:

• Phone qualification first. Every new client completes a phone qualification call before anything goes on the calendar. The call screens for medical contraindications, matches you to the right service, and designs your treatment plan.
• Deposit to reserve. A deposit is required to reserve your appointment time and is applied toward your service price. Deposit amounts are stated at the time of booking and confirmed on your phone qualification call. Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations and no-shows. The notice window for rescheduling, and the treatment of late cancellations and no-shows, are stated in your booking confirmation. Deposits compensate the studio for reserved artist time.

4. Pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Your final price depends on the service, the artist, the studio location, and the specifics of your treatment plan, and it is confirmed during your phone qualification call before you pay anything. Promotional offers apply only as described in the promotion and cannot be combined unless we say otherwise.

5. Medical screening and contraindications

Permanent makeup and cryo body sculpting are not suitable for everyone. During your phone qualification call we screen for contraindications, which can include pregnancy and nursing, certain medications and medical conditions, active skin conditions in the treatment area, and cold-sensitivity conditions for cryo treatments. You are responsible for answering screening questions completely and accurately and for telling us about changes to your health before your appointment. We may decline or defer any treatment we cannot safely provide, and screening answers that turn out to be inaccurate may forfeit your deposit.

6. Aftercare responsibility

Healed results depend heavily on aftercare. You receive a written aftercare protocol and a walkthrough at your appointment. Following that protocol is your responsibility, and outcomes affected by not following it (including pigment retention issues and irritation) are not grounds for a refund. A 6-to-8-week touch-up may be recommended after a permanent makeup service. Touch-ups are scheduled and charged separately, and attending one when recommended is part of the care plan. Cryo body sculpting results develop over a series of treatments and vary by individual, and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

7. Gift cards and promotional credits

Gift cards and promotional credits (for example a promotional gift card toward future sessions) are valid toward services at the issuing studio, carry the value, expiration, and transfer terms stated when issued, and have no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for cash except where the law requires it, and they cannot be replaced if lost unless we can verify the original issuance.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website (text, photography, video, graphics, the Eastside Microblading & Beauty name and logo, The Eastside Standard, and the Banks Method) belongs to Eastside Microblading Studio LLC or its licensors. Client photos are used with written permission. You may not copy, republish, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eastside Microblading Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eastside Microblading Studio LLC, its owners, and its staff from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of this website, or your provision of inaccurate screening information.

11. Governing law and disputes

Services provided at the Bellevue studio, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Services provided at the Scottsdale studio are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Use of this website is governed by Washington law. Before either side files a claim, both agree to attempt good-faith resolution directly, then mediation in the county where the relevant studio is located. Claims that cannot be resolved through mediation will be brought in the state or federal courts of that county.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this page with its “last updated” date, and continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
