This page documents how content is written, fact-checked, and attributed across eastsidemicroblading.com. Every page on this site is built to be accurate, current, and verifiable. Where we make a claim, we cite the source. Where we feature a client, we have permission and clear attribution. Where we use a number, we update it on a schedule. The governance baseline for all of it is The Eastside Standard, the studio’s published philosophy of quality, safety, precision, and care.
2. Who writes our content
Content on this site is authored by Amanda Banks (International Grand Master Permanent Makeup Artist, former AAM Board Member, founder of Beauty Angels Academy USA) and by master artists Amanda has personally trained at the Bellevue, WA and Scottsdale, AZ studios. Editorial production, SEO architecture, and content QA are managed by ROI.LIVE, a Seattle-based SEO and brand strategy agency. Founder bios and team artist profiles are linked from the team page. The byline on every article reflects the actual author.
3. How we fact-check
Every claim on this site is fact-checked against one of the following sources: (1) Amanda’s first-party recorded statements (audio recordings retained for editorial reference), (2) FDA documentation for cryo body sculpting (Eastside uses FDA-Cleared cryolipolysis technology; we never claim FDA-Approved), (3) American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM) certification documentation for Amanda’s credentials and Board membership, (4) peer-reviewed dermatology and aesthetic medicine sources for safety and efficacy claims, and (5) Eastside’s own treatment volume records for the locked number “10,000+ treatments.” When a claim cannot be verified through one of these channels, the claim does not ship.
4. Attribution standards
Every testimonial on this site reflects a real Eastside client. Featured testimonials use the client’s own words (verbatim where possible; minor edits for typos or clarity disclosed when applied) with first-name-and-initial attribution and documented permission. We do not invent reviews. We do not buy reviews. We do not offer incentives in exchange for reviews without disclosure. Photographs of clients are used with written permission and reflect real treatment outcomes; we do not use stock photography for healed-result imagery.
5. Corrections policy
If we publish something that turns out to be inaccurate, we correct it on the page, log the correction in the page footer with a date stamp, and update any related schema. Major corrections (changes to safety claims, regulatory language, or pricing facts) are version-noted. Send corrections to info@eastsidemicroblading.com.
6. Compliance commitments
Eastside follows specific language and attribution rules that govern every published page:
- Cryo body sculpting uses FDA-Cleared technology. We never say “FDA-Approved.”
- CoolSculpting® comparison content is used only in organic comparison contexts (for example comparison guides) under nominative fair use with sourced safety and efficacy claims and the ® symbol on first reference. CoolSculpting comparisons are never used in paid ad copy or landing pages.
- Permanent fat loss is never claimed in cryo content. Specific dress-size or pound-loss numbers are never used in testimonial copy.
- suitability review describes the pre-treatment call. It is screening, not a consultation or sales appointment.
- Sessions run up to 60 minutes, and 10,000+ treatments performed are the locked operational numbers. We update locked numbers on a schedule rather than letting them drift.
- Lymphatic vibration treatment post session is the approved phrasing for the post-session step; we never describe this as a massage service we do not offer.
7. AI policy
Some pages on this site are drafted with AI assistance for first-pass production efficiency. Every page that ships through that process is fact-checked against the standards in section 3 of this page, voice-checked against Amanda’s published brand voice profile, and passed through a humanizer review designed to remove AI artifacts (generic phrasing, em-dash rhetorical reveals, hedging, throat-clearing intros). AI is a production tool; Amanda’s voice and expertise are the editorial substrate.
