Amanda Banks founded Eastside Microblading in 2017 with the vision to change lives through permanent makeup. Amanda is an international Grand Master Permanent Makeup Artist & Educator, and previous board member of the American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM). Amanda is one of the most highly recognized permanent makeup educators with hundreds of students around the world, and thousands of client treatments completed. Amanda is also a Beauty Angels Academy Grand Master Trainer, International Speaker, and Season 14 winner of TV’s “The Blox”.

Master Permanent Makeup Artist

Zara is a master level, board certified permanent makeup artist and specializes in Nano Brows, Microblading, Powder Ombre, Lip Blushing and Eyeliner. With thousands of treatments under her belt, clients travel from around the country to have their treatments done by Zara. She has perfect work, and the best sense of humor!

Meet Trayana! With 13 years in the industry, Trayana is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. After earning her cosmetology license right out of high school, she’s dedicated her career to creating confidence through beauty while making every client feel comfortable, refreshed, and beautiful. Outside of work, Trayana is a proud mom who loves spending quality time with her daughter.

With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Kimmy is passionate about helping her clients look and feel their absolute best. She takes pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable experience while helping each client achieve results that leave them feeling confident and refreshed. Her dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care for others shine through in every appointment. Outside of work, Kimmy is a proud mom to four wonderful children who inspire her every day and are the heart behind everything she does.

With almost 20 years in the health and fitness industry, Justy is passionate about helping people look and feel their best. Her goal is to help every client feel confident, comfortable, and cared for. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, who keep her grounded and remind her of the importance of connection and self-care.

Robin has 20 years of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry. She enjoys getting to know each client’s goals and is passionate about supporting and encouraging them throughout their journey to achieving their desired results. She is a painter who loves expressing her creativity and spending time with her mischievous orange cat, Porkchop.

With almost a decade of cryo sculpting experience, and a certified Nutritionist, Tayler creates personalized treatment plans designed to target stubborn areas and help clients achieve their body contouring goals. She is passionate about helping people look and feel their best and loves seeing the confidence her clients gain throughout their transformation. Her caring approach and attention to detail ensure every client feels comfortable, supported, and excited about their results. Outside of work, Tayler enjoys spending time on the water, staying active with water sports, and making memories with her beloved dog, Keeda.

With over 25 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, she brings expertise, compassion, and a personalized approach to every client interaction. From advanced skincare to body contouring, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals with confidence. She believes the best results come from expert care, genuine connection, and a touch of magic. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her children and two dogs, staying active with walks, and cooking and baking for family and friends.

Administration Operations Manager

Jessa is our Admin Operations Manager and the behind-the-scenes force that keeps everything organized and on track. She knows the ins and outs of our clients, technicians, and systems, and is the person everyone turns to when they need answers or solutions. Outside of work, Jessa loves traveling and exploring new places, always curious about different cultures and experiences that broaden her perspective.

Front Desk Coordinator

Mary is the warm and cheerful voice you hear when you call. She loves helping our clients navigate their appointments and answering any questions! Mary’s customer service is so consistently upbeat that a few clients have actually asked if she’s a robot! We promise she’s 100% human, just incredibly kind, patient, and always ready with a smile (even over the phone!). Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter.

April is one of the friendly faces behind the scenes, always ready to answer your questions, provide support, and help make your experience with us as smooth as possible. Her kind and approachable personality makes every client feel welcomed and cared for. When she’s off the clock, April loves traveling, discovering cozy cafés, and spending quality time with her adorable chubby cat, Kyoda.

Permanent-makeup artists are personally trained by Amanda Banks to the Eastside Standard. Body-sculpting technicians work under the studio's treatment protocols and role-specific training. The support team keeps qualification, scheduling, and client care consistent across Bellevue and Scottsdale.
