You can book online. Our team reviews medical contraindications, including cold-sensitivity conditions, and treatment fit before your visit. The team confirms whether a cryo facial fits what you want, whether that is facial tightening, the look of fine lines, or under-chin fullness. A deposit reserves your appointment.

Skin and area assessment
At your appointment, the technician assesses your skin and the areas you want treated, the cheeks and jawline for tightening, or the under-chin area for fullness. Most areas need a series of treatments, and the team explains where your goal sits in that series.

Controlled cooling begins
Cooling is applied to the face. It feels cold and refreshing rather than harsh, and most clients find it comfortable from the start. On the under-chin area the cooling reaches the temperature that triggers fat-cell breakdown, the same principle as the body service.

The team treats the face by hand throughout the session, up to 60 minutes for combined areas, working evenly across the treated zones rather than setting a device and leaving.
